Do I have to book an initial cleaning before booking recurring services?
While we do recommend all first time customers to do an initial clean, you may start off with recurring services. However, it may take more than a few cleanings to get your home to a maintenance level depending on the current condition of your home.

Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
Our operational hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday so some of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured technicians are provided with a spare key or garage code. You also have the option to leave your keys in a lockbox so they can let them selves in, and return the keys to the lockbox when the service is completed.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipments?
Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home in most cases. If there is needed outside of what we can provide, we will give you the heads up

What time does your team arrive?
Upon the day of the appointment you will receive a call or text message to inform you that your technician/s will be arriving in 1 hour (from the time you booked).
